Samantha joined the company in 2021 to negotiate and draft agreements involving writers, directors, producers, performers and more for ITV Studios America’s ever-growing slate of scripted programming. Prior to joining the company, Sam worked for William Morris Endeavor, where she collaborated with literary and talent agents on television and digital media deals. She started her legal career in the General Counsel’s office at Lionsgate, where she worked on corporate matters related to corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
She resides in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, California, and on the weekends you will likely find her hiking with her dog, trying new restaurants or spending time with friends.
