Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs

Tom is responsible for all of ITV Studios America’s extensive scripted business and legal affairs activity, including oversight of compliance, litigation, distribution, and all deals from development through to production. Lane previously was an executive at CBS Studios International, where he most recently was SVP, Business & Legal Affairs, overseeing a wide array of work including digital and linear distribution, format licensing and the operation of CBS’s international cable channels. Prior to that, he was a member of the CBS Law Department for nearly 14 years, serving most recently as VP and Assistant General Counsel, where he had primary legal responsibility for the ‘CSI’ franchise as well as other CBS programs. When not busy lawyering, Tom can usually be found at the beach with his wife and two daughters, or else walking his dogs and wondering what life would’ve been like if he’d followed through on his plans to be a jazz musician.

Menaka Evans

Chief Financial Officer

Menaka Evans, Chief Financial Officer at ITV America and ITV Studios America, joined the company in 2023 to oversee all financial planning, accounting and business operations for ITV Studios America and its labels (Bedrock Entertainment, Circle of Confusion Television Studios, Tomorrow Studios and Work Friends), as well as ITV America and its labels (ITV Entertainment, Leftfield Pictures, High Noon Entertainment, Sirens Media, Thinkfactory Media and Good Caper Content). Menaka has extensive entertainment industry finance experience, with a specialty in television production finance and operations. Before joining ITV, she was head of finance and business planning at ABC Signature, where she led all business planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts. She previously was SVP of finance at All3Media, where she opened their U.S.-based office and partnered with her UK counterparts in finance, business affairs and production to facilitate the production of series in the U.S. Similarly, she was SVP of finance at Shine America (which became EndemolShine North America, acquired by Banijay in 2019) and oversaw financial support for domestic production and international distribution across its slate of scripted and unscripted content. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company in International Home Entertainment, Corporate Controllership and ABC Studios (fka Touchstone Television). Menaka earned her CA (Chartered Accountant) designation in Canada and started her career at PwC in Toronto. She currently resides in Redondo Beach, CA with her husband.

Chief People Officer

Jenise oversees HR, Payroll and Travel for ITV America and ITV Studios America. Prior to joining ITV, Jenise worked in New York in the music industry at EMI Music, which was later acquired by Universal Music Group. As Senior Vice President, HR at EMI Music, North America, she played a key role in preparing the company for the sale process and managed a large HR team serving EMI’s approximately 800 North America-based employees. After the transition, Jenise served as VP, HR at Universal Music Group in NY before leaving UMG to join ITV in LA. In her spare time Jenise loves to travel as much as she can and when she's local you can often find her practicing her skills as a craftsman fixing old pieces of furniture or working on design projects around her home.

Joey Kern

Senior Vice President, Production

Joey joined the company in 2019 to manage, initiate and supervise aspects of series production, facilitating communication between productions and the studio and network, manage schedules and oversee the financial well-being of the productions. Kern has worked in studio, network, and field (show level) for both single cam and multi-camera shows, as well as full length feature films. He previously was Manager of Production for IFC, and earlier for VH1. He also had stints at TV Land, Disney ABC Television Group, CMT and Universal Pictures. Outside of work Joey and his wife Tori can be found at parks playing with their two young children. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Joey loves Alabama football and enjoys playing golf.

Kimberly Rosenblum

Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs

Kimberly Rosenblum, Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, ITV Studios America, joined the company in 2019 to negotiate and draft agreements with writers, producers, performers, co-production entities and more for ITV Studios America’s ever-growing slate of scripted programming. She was recognized by TV Week to their “40 Under 40 Class” (2022). A graduate of Stanford University and The University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Rosenblum spent almost five years working as an Associate for Weintraub Tobin prior to joining ITV Studios America. Kimberly is a third-generation Los Angeles native and lives in Westwood with her husband Eli Greif. She serves on the NextGen Board of United Friends of Children, a non-profit organization helping foster youth transition to adulthood, and is passionate about Stanford football, the Augustan Era of Rome and trying as many new restaurants as possible.

Daniel Gingerich

Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller

Daniel Gingerich is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at ITV America and ITV Studios America, where he oversees accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis across the production groups. Gingerich has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience in a variety of management roles, incorporating both commercial finance as well as accounting processes and controls. Prior to joining ITV Studios’ U.S. group, he worked for HIT Entertainment, leading the post-merger integration and transformation project, incorporating HIT’s business into Mattel’s financial and system infrastructure. With a background in public accounting, he has extensive experience with P&L management, financial reporting, financial process and design, internal controls, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He previously served as finance lead for consumer products, head of Europe internal audit, and manager of the corporate internal audit at Mattel EMEA. Gingerich is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Economics and is a California CPA.

Brent Jones is Vice President, Production Finance & Accounting for ITV Studios America, providing financial oversight to the scripted television studio and its joint ventures. Prior to joining ITV Studios America, Brent was Head of Production Finance & Operations for Disney/ABC Domestic Television, holding a variety of leadership roles during his 17 year tenure with the Walt Disney Company. Brent’s expertise in global production incentives focused his experience on international production, administering over 7,500 original episodes of television spanning North America, Europe, Australia, and Polynesia. Early in his career, Brent earned his CPA license in PwC’s entertainment practice, later joining Delux Productions in Luxembourg, overseeing production accounting for Pan-European feature films. Brent is a pilot and an enthusiastic supporter of General Aviation. When he’s not in the office, Brent can be found flying his Piper Archer throughout the western states with his Dalmatian co-pilot in search of the perfect golf course.

Prior to joining the company, Sam worked for William Morris Endeavor, where she collaborated with literary and talent agents on television and digital media deals. She started her legal career in the General Counsel’s office at Lionsgate, where she worked on corporate matters related to corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. She resides in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, California, and on the weekends you will likely find her hiking with her dog, trying new restaurants or spending time with friends.

She’s supported every scripted show produced by ITV Studios America and its joint ventures to-date and previously worked as a Manager across both Production and Operations, Strategy, & Business Development, collaborating on merchandising and licensing initiatives related to ITV Studio America’s scripted shows. She also serves as ITV Studios America’s Global Ambassador. Before joining ITV, Melanie began her career in book publishing at Penguin Random House. On weekends, you can find her reading, swimming, or searching for a decent bagel.

Phil serves as Director, Finance for ITV Studios America, with responsibilities including financial planning and analysis for the studio's scripted television business. Prior to joining ITV Studios America in 2024, he was in content strategy at MRC, evaluating film profitability and liquidity across various distribution and investment channels. His career also includes building out financial planning processes and systems at an independent start-up studio and international distribution finance at Paramount and Warner Bros. In his personal time, Phil enjoys activities with his wife Sarah and their two young boys. He is so passionate about motorsports that he named his first-born Ayrton, after the famous Formula 1 driver.
